READ TO THE END:

We are pleased to present this exceptional 1966 Willys Interlagos Berlineta, one of the most iconic and collectible Brazilian sports cars of the 1960s.

The Willys Interlagos was the first Brazilian series-production sports car and the first Brazilian sports car built with a fiberglass body. Produced under license from the French Alpine A108, it brought genuine European sports-car DNA to Brazil and quickly became a dream car for an entire generation. The Interlagos also became an important part of Brazilian motorsport history, with the Willys racing team achieving great success on the tracks. Only 822 examples were produced between 1962 and 1966, making surviving cars particularly rare. (Quatro Rodas)

The Alpine A108 Connection

The Willys Interlagos was produced in Brazil under license from Alpine and was based directly on the French Alpine A108. The A108 was a lightweight rear-engined sports car developed by Jean Rédélé and became one of the foundations of Alpine’s legendary sports-car heritage. The Brazilian Interlagos retained the same fundamental philosophy: lightweight construction, fiberglass bodywork and rear-engine dynamics. (Wikipedia)

The Interlagos represents an important chapter in the history of both Brazilian and Alpine sports cars, making this Berlineta particularly interesting for collectors looking for something genuinely rare and different.

This vehicle is ideal for:

• Serious collectors
• Classic car enthusiasts
• Alpine enthusiasts
• Brazilian automotive history collectors
