This beautiful 1972 T1 Bulli was purchased at the end of 2019 and we did a full visual and technical inspection. We then made some technical improvements and delivered the Bulli to Frankfurt where we did the TÜV and H-registration clearance and delivered the vehicle to our client.

Before Arrival in the Garage

This bus was partially restored before it came to our workshop. It has a very nice color combination and a great looking interior.

Inspection

After the bus arrived in our workshop, we carried out a visual and mechanical inspection and took it for a test drive. After the tests we discovered the following problems.

Incorrectly installed front doors
Wrong rims
Transparent fuel hose
Battery not attached properly
Various hoses and cables not fixed properly
Wheel bolt missing
Not enough pressure in the brake system

Front Door Corrections

After the technical inspection we started to realign the front doors so that they closed properly. In this case, we inserted new bushings in the door hinges and re-welded the hinges so that they were properly fixed. We then applied a rust protection solution and repainted the damaged areas.

Technical Improvements

Technically speaking, we changed the rims, installed a fifth screw in the wheel hub, changed the fuel hose and also laid some new cables and hoses under the bus in order to ensure an easy German registration.

TÜV in Germany

When the bus arrived in Germany, our partners took care of all the technical and bureaucratic steps. They prepared the “Datenbaltt” for the Bus, then the tires and the headlights were changes and they installed a small electric heater and also some warning lights, so that the bus was prepared according to the German road traffic regulations.

VW Bus Home Delivery

After the bus received TÜV and H-Zulassung, we delivered it directly to the customer’s home so that he can enjoy his new toy!

What does the price include?

The price of the vehicles includes the international transportation costs to the port of your choice. For delivery to Antwerp, Belgium, customs duties and taxes are also included in the vehicle price.

About the delivery

We deliver vehicles all around the world and take care of international transportation and customs clearance. Optionally, we will manage the local delivery to your door as well.

For delivery to Europe, the average delivery time is from 5 to 8 weeks. For further details, contact us with your specific location.

About the vehicle

The vehicles for sale on our website were all manufactured over 30 years ago in Brazil and are offered by sellers and partners through our web platform.

As an intermediary, we can´t commit ourselves to the absolute condition of the vehicles for sale. However, if you wish, we are more than welcome to inspect your vehicle before shipping. In this case we will send an expert to inspect the vehicle and provide you with a detailed report with pictures. This service costs 100 euros.

About the administrative process

Once the vehicle arrives at the port of your choice, you will receive the original documentation and invoice. The registration of the vehicle with your local authority is the only step at your expense.
