Learn More About the Restoration Service
Take a look at this fantastic camper customisation project. We took this bus to our workshop and did a complete mechanical and structural inspection and then installed a camper interior. We then exported the bus to Antwerp and delivered the bus directly to the customer’s door in France.

Stage 2: Inspection
After the customer decided to buy the bus, we did a complete inspection of the bus and found that we needed to make some technical improvements. Here is a short list of what we needed to do.
- Install new steering gear
- Open up and check the gearbox
- New shock absorbers
- New engine seals
- Improve sills
- New paint underneath
- New brake master cylinder
- Change various cables and hoses
Stage 3 : Mechanical improvement
Here are some pictures of the technical improvements we made. We had to remove the engine to change the seals and also have a look at the gearbox.
Stage 4 : Structural improvement
We also did some work on the sleepers and partially repainted the lower half of the bus.
Stage 5 : Camper interior work
After all this work was done, we started with the interior, fitting everything according to the customer’s wishes. Here are some pictures of this work.
Stage 6 : Finished camper interior
This coach has a table, camper bed, fridge and sink and tap so the client can really enjoy the summer in style. There is also a lot of storage space.
Stage 7 : Finished exterior
The exterior as well as the interior are complete and we are ready for export! We then loaded the van into a container and tied it down for shipping.
Stage 8 : Arrival in Europe
After a 25-day journey at sea, the bus arrives in Europe. These pictures are after customs clearance and VAT. Now the bus is in our warehouse and ready for collection.
Stage 9 : Delivery to client
The project is now finished. And we have delivered the bus to our customer, where he can now enjoy it for the summer.
