Stage 1: Base model

This is a very classic Bus in red and white. This project is not a complete restoration, but the client wanted a bus that would be finished faster and would also be more cost effective.

Stage 2: Delivery to shop

We collect the Bus with our transport company so that we can do all the work and also organise the export.

Stage 3: Vehicle details

We saw a few small details on the van. But overall we were pretty happy with the condition.

Stage 4: Inspection

After we got the Bus on the lift, we were able to diagnose everything. On this project, it was obvious that there were a number of structural improvements that we needed to take care of. We also had to calibrate the engine and overhaul the braking system and suspension.

Stage 5: Undercarriage work

Now we started working on the undercarriage, removing the rotten parts and welding on new metal to make sure it would last and also not have any registration issues.

Stage 6: Paint preparation

We also prepared the entire underbody for repainting.

Stage 7: Painting

A nice new coat of red paint to finish off the work on the chassis.

Stage 8: Montage

After the painting, all technical elements are mounted again so that the vehicle is ready to drive.

Stage 9: Old interior

The customer did not like the interior that was in the bus. Here are some pictures of the old interior.

Stage 10: New interior

Here are some pictures of this beautiful new white and black interior that the customer ordered.

Stage 11: Finished exterior

The customer also ordered a new roof rack and side ladder. Here are some pictures of this installed.

Stage 12: Container Packing

After we finished the bus, it is ready for export. Here are some pictures of the bus being loaded into a container, ready for its sea voyage.
